This hot sauce is made with Espelette red peppers and is said to be as strong as a Basque ! It is the Basque equivalent of the famous little red bottle from Louisiana.
Tasting : serve on a pizza or with fishes or meats. It can also be used to flavor a salad dressing. You only need a few drops as it is very strong.
